How do I track a shipment?

Open Track, enter the full reference number, and the timeline plus map will load from the live record.

What do the status steps mean?

Order placed, picked up, in transit or at a facility, out for delivery, then delivered. Holds and returns appear when they occur.

Can the transport mode change mid-journey?

Yes. A lane may start on air and finish on road. Each update stores the mode in force at that time.

Are documents available online?

When a file is attached or generated against the shipment, it appears on the tracking page for that reference.

How is language selected?

The site reads a public IP geolocation hint, then you can override it from the language control in the header.
